01 Context

Las Vegas hosts the country’s biggest floors, and brands fly in with one shot at looking world-class. RDNZ Media is my event studio: coverage planned like a campaign, shot like one, and delivered while the event is still a conversation.

Who it's for

Event planners, marketing teams, and agencies producing conferences, trade shows, expos, and activations — and couples on their biggest day.

02 The problem

“Most event coverage is a record. Brands need assets they can actually run with.”

Shot-list coverage produces archives nobody opens. Marketing teams need social-ready selects the same night, campaign imagery for the next push, and film that makes the case for next year’s budget.

03 What I built

A production studio of one that outputs like a crew — coverage, films, and a delivery pipeline built for marketing calendars.

Conference & trade show coverage

Keynotes, floors, candids — shot for the brand deck and the press release, not just the archive.

02

Brand activation films

Short, cut-for-social films that extend an activation far past the room it happened in.

03

Same-week delivery

AI-assisted culling and a tight post pipeline: selects the same night, full galleries inside the week.

04 The approach

AI won't replace good creative. It lets good creative ship.

The camera work is traditional craft — the speed is not. AI-assisted culling, smart-tagged galleries, and an automated post pipeline give a one-person studio two-person output, without touching the look. That’s the thesis applied to photography.

01

Plan like a campaign

Pre-production against the marketing calendar, not just the run of show.

02

Shoot the brand

Coverage framed for where it will run — decks, social, press, next year’s pitch.

03

Deliver while it’s hot

AI in the loop

AI-assisted post: same-night selects, same-week galleries.

05 The outcome
100+ Events covered across Las Vegas
Same-night Social-ready selects delivered
1 week Full gallery turnaround

Planners rebook because the photos work as marketing, not memories — and because delivery lands while the event is still trending inside the company.
